I used homebrew to install Python3 and instead of getting Python 3.6.3, I am getting 3.5.2

As per https://www.python.org/downloads/, the latest stable version of Python3 is 3.6.3.
Apc ups serial number lookup warranty. Looks like others hit the same issue as well - see Why can't i install python 3.6 with homebrew? Rslogix 500 starter download.
Can anyone help out with what is going on here?

When I check for the version of Python installed - here is what I am seeing.Mika nakashima over load rar files.

Any suggestions as to what could be going wrong here?
