More information about Microsoft Visual C++ 2005-2008-2010-2012-2013-2017 Redistributable Package Hybrid x86 @amp; x64. VCRHyb64.exe: General Threat: VCRHyb64.exe.
I upgraded yesterday from Windows 7 Pro to Windows 10 Pro. Since the first time I started up my system, I've been getting this error. It keeps popping up and won't stop occurring no matter what I do.
'Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Runtime Error!
Program: C:WINDOWSexplorer.exe
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information.'
This error will not go away no matter how many times I click it. When I click 'ok' explorer.exe restarts and the error occurs once again.
I followed the steps offered here: Windows 10 Explorer.exe Run-Time error
They did not help. I currently have 'Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable (x64) - 12.0.30501' installed on my system.
Before this I followed the steps in the article above.
When I first started up my system after the upgrade, I experienced frequent blue screens. At one point I was stuck in a blue screen loop, had to system repair and delete everything but personal files on my computer.
This Runtime error occurred before and after system repair. It has not changed at all.
Here is my system information
